Recruitment Committee

Purpose

The Recruitment & Reactivation Committee of SWING PHI SWING is dedicated to growing and sustaining the sisterhood by welcoming new members and re-engaging inactive Sisters. This committee embodies the organization’s legacy of excellence, ensuring that every woman who joins or returns feels seen, valued, and connected to our mission of sisterhood, scholarship, and service.

Initiatives

The committee plans and coordinates pre-program and recruitment activities designed to introduce prospective members to the values and history of SWING PHI SWING. Working closely with the Rites of Passage Coordinator and Assistant Rites of Passage Coordinator, the committee provides guidance, education, and mentorship to women interested in becoming part of the organization.

In addition to recruitment, the committee focuses on reactivating inactive members by fostering meaningful engagement opportunities that renew their connection to the sisterhood.
